Raintree Villas Homeowners Association

The Raintree Villas community includes 120 Villas within the Raintree Lake development in southern Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

The Raintree Villas is a maintenance-provided community offering weekly trash and recycling pickup, snow removal, lawn care, irrigation, external wood trim painting, gutter cleaning. Raintree Lake property owners enjoy access to the lake for boating and fishing, along with community amenities such as the swimming pool, walking trails, and more.

The Villas is a small, close-knit community where neighbors know one another. The monthly Board meeting brings homeowners together to discuss current events and elect new board members.
